Shipping & Delivery

Ruya ships nationwide across Pakistan and internationally.

Orders are dispatched once the garment has been fully prepared and, where applicable, the remaining balance has been cleared.

Domestic Delivery

Domestic orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

International Delivery

International orders are delivered within 7–10 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Charges

All delivery charges, both domestic and international, are the responsibility of the client.

International shipping charges vary according to the destination and order and will be confirmed separately by our customer care team before dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers receiving international orders are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by their destination country.
