BRAND POLICY

At Ruya, every garment is thoughtfully developed with an emphasis on craftsmanship, fabric quality and considered design. The following guidelines apply to ensure the best experience with each Ruya piece.

01 — Sizing

Please refer to the size chart displayed on each product page before placing your order to select the most suitable size and ensure a seamless fit.

For Made-to-Order pieces, clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements where requested. Once production has commenced, changes to sizing or measurements may not be accommodated.

02 — Product Representation

We make every effort to represent our garments accurately through photography and product descriptions. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish and handcrafted detailing may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the nature of individually crafted garments.

Such variations are considered part of the character of the garment and are not necessarily indicative of a defect.

03 — Garment Care

Proper care is essential to preserving the fabric, colour, structure and detailing of your Ruya pieces.

Casual & Everyday Wear

Wash gently in cool to moderately warm water with a mild detergent.

Wash inside out to protect prints and surface detailing.

Avoid bleach, prolonged soaking and vigorous scrubbing.

Air dry in shade and avoid prolonged direct sunlight.

Iron on low heat, preferably from the reverse side.

Festive & Formal Wear

Our formal pieces are predominantly crafted from silk and may feature delicate embroidery, pearls, crystals, beads and other embellishments.

Dry clean only.

Do not machine wash, hand wash or soak.

Inform the dry cleaner that the garment contains silk and delicate embellishments.

Iron only at very low temperature, from the reverse side.

Never place an iron directly over embroidery or embellishments.

For light creasing, low-temperature steaming is preferred.

Store heavily embellished pieces folded or flat where possible.

Avoid direct contact between garments and perfume, deodorant, oils and other chemical products, particularly on silk and embellished pieces.

Ruya is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, dry cleaning, ironing, storage or general garment care.

04 — Made-to-Order

Made-to-Order garments are prepared specifically for the individual client. Once production has commenced, changes to the design, measurements or specifications may not be accommodated.

05 — Customer Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and measurement information required to fulfil their order.

Ruya cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the client.
